We're hiring! Graphic Products is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our expanding Sales Department. We are a family-owned business located in Beaverton, Oregon. Duties Include: * Assist with CRM management, including cleaning up data and ensuring customer records are accurate to support the sales team's efforts * Assist in identifying key prospects, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to gain new business * Handles the processing of all quotes and sales orders with accuracy and timeliness * Initiates sales calls to existing customers to assess needs * Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Team * Demonstrate strong work ethic and regular attendance *Skills & Experience: * At least one year of experience in sales support * Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence * Strong organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail * Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) * Desire for career growth in sales * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office * Consistently reliable and punctual in meeting deadlines Starting pay up to $50,000 per year. Schedule: 6am - 2:30 pm, M-F
