• PREVIOUS ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
• COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE! The Role:
• Manage assigned and self-generated leads from inception to close-out and final collection.
• Develop new leads through canvassing, cold calling, referrals, and personal marketing efforts.
• Conduct roof inspections to evaluate conditions and diagnose issues, including age, defects, and storm damage.
• Act as a trusted adviser, reviewing evaluations with clients and providing tailored options.
• Assist clients with project scoping, material, and color selections.
• Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to expedite claims processing.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify potential clients in our target market through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Attend adjuster meetings to ensure smooth coordination.
• Conduct sales appointments, perform roof inspections, or coordinate inspections with project managers, leading to contract signings.
• Manage customer payments as needed and coordinate job assignments.
