As an Internet Sales Specialist, you'll: * Build trust and rapport with online car shoppers through clear communication across text, email, and phone, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. * Utilize our CRM and communication tools to manage leads and nurture communication. Strong computer skills are essential for this role. * Convert online leads into sales appointments and showroom visits. * Guide customers through the buying process, and present vehicle options tailored to each customer's needs and budget. We're seeking someone who: * Is kind, honest, and reliable. * Thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic. * Enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. * Has strong computer skills. * Can work day, evening and weekend shifts. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in your passion, drive, and willingness to learn. However, applicants must speak English fluently, hold a valid driver's license, and be ready to pass a background check and drug screen. The position is commission-based with an expected range of $80,000 - $175,000 annually for successful salespersons. Guaranteed minimum income; we ensure you earn at least minimum wage. If your commissions fall below the minimum in a pay period, we supplement the difference.
