NW Industrial Staffing is looking for a quality candidate to fill in as an Inside Sales Representative for a local door and window distributor. This is a full-time evaluation to hire opportunities. What we are seeking:

• 1+ year of sales experience including quoting price, giving estimates and working with vendors.
• Experience in windows, doors, or construction is very helpful and preferred.
• Must be proficient with computers and have data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure. Job Details:
• Location: Eugene, OR. 97402
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30PM (rotating 8-hour shifts earlier or later in this range)
• Pay: $17/h - $19/h DOE + performance bonus opportunities
