• Own and manage the sales process from inspection to final invoice
• Meet with homeowners and assist them through the insurance claim process
• Conduct roof inspections and prepare accurate project estimates
• Coordinate and oversee residential roofing and repair projects
• Crush sales goals and build lasting relationships with clients What We 're Looking For:
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and ready to hustle
• Comfortable with sales, knocking doors, and closing deals
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Experience in roofing, insurance claims, or construction is a HUGE plus
• Comfortable climbing ladder and walking on roofs
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation What You Get:
