Our innovative video booth approach is catching on at events across North America -- and it's time for you to help us keep up the momentum. We're a Seattle-based crew looking for a go-getter salesperson to bring Voast to more weddings, events, and conferences nationwide. This is a flexible, high-impact role where you'll take the reins on inbound inquiries and actively build relationships with wedding planners, event pros, and businesses looking for a unique way to engage guests. Who You Are: A natural-born connector A self-starter who can hustle and close deals Experienced (or highly interested) in the event industry Confident building leads and actively reaching out to businesses and planners Outgoing, friendly, and driven by goals What You 'll Do: Business Development: * Drive growth in sales, conversion rates, and ROI * Build a healthy pipeline of target accounts and actively pursue them * Identify business opportunities and pitch exciting new product ventures * Pitch Voast to businesses planning conferences and large-scale events * Create and nurture relationships with wedding & event planners Reporting: * Prepare monthly sales reports * Monitor and analyze performance, pivot based on best practices * Be comfortable charting a new path Account Management / Customer Success: * Nurture leads from first inquiry to paid invoice through five-star review * Work closely with marketing and technical teams to provide creative solutions for clients Perks & Details: * Hourly compensation based on experience + commission * Flexible hours (20-30 hrs/week) -- set your own flow * Work mostly remote (would love for you to join us in the office on Mondays!) * Fun, small team that loves what we do * Simple product, big impact * Start ASAP!
