Full description of the position

Level 1

• Establish and nurture trust with patients by understanding their diverse respiratory care needs.
• Proactively manage incoming leads, develop strategic call plans, execute calls, and actively transition sales leads.
• Maintain responsiveness by addressing incoming patient calls, emails, and information requests.
• Collaborate with teammates to transition leads to Durable Medical Equipment provider partners.
• Consistently and accurately document customer information, activities, and updates in our CRM system to reflect your performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate entry of sales orders, processing of credit card payments, and execution of leasing documents and pricing approvals.
• Regularly meet or exceed targets for call volume, establish meaningful connections with patients, and achieve service, delivery, and cash sales goals.
• Basics: Be punctual, adhere to company policies, and assist colleagues as needed.
