• Discover New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business within various industries such as Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial, and Administration.
• Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth research on potential clients and develop tailored acquisition plans.
• Engage Prospects: Connect with potential clients through field visits, in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Create compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships with innovative sales approaches and regular communication.
• Networking & Training: Actively participate in networking events, sales conferences, and continuous training sessions.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service while adhering to our strategic sales process.
• Detailed Documentation: Document all sales activities meticulously using a comprehensive CRM system and other lead generation platforms. What We're Looking For in a Business Development Strategist / Outside Sales:
• Experience: 2+ years in B2B Business Development/Sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated success and stability in previous employment records.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong organizational capabilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
