Sales Representative - Full Time - Baton Rouge, Louisiana About Sulzer: Join Sulzer, a leading engineering company known for innovation, and help create sustainable solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Representative for our Services_AME team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves engaging with customers, selling Sulzer products, and developing new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with prospective and existing customers. * Sell Sulzer products and services, including technical selections. * Identify and develop new sales opportunities. * Negotiate orders and ensure customer satisfaction. * Travel for face-to-face customer interactions. * Secure and renew orders, manage logistics. * Entertain customers within budget. * Maintain sales programs and provide activity reports. * Pursue overdue invoices professionally. * Ensure Alliance customers' needs are met. * Stay informed about new products and industry trends. * Address customer complaints and ensure resolutions. * Maintain company vehicle and assets. * Foster cross-discipline relationships. * Participate in industry organizations. * Adhere to company policies and standards. * Perform other duties as necessary. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum three years' experience in quoting, marketing, or engineering of pumps (API 610 preferred). * Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
