Overview

: We are seeking a Sales Representative for our Services_AME team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves engaging with customers, selling Sulzer products, and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers.
• Sell Sulzer products and services, including technical selections.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel for face-to-face customer interactions.
• Secure and renew orders, manage logistics.
• Entertain customers within budget.
• Maintain sales programs and provide activity reports.
• Pursue overdue invoices professionally.
• Ensure Alliance customers' needs are met.
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
• Address customer complaints and ensure resolutions.
• Maintain company vehicle and assets.
• Foster cross-discipline relationships.
• Participate in industry organizations.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in quoting, marketing, or engineering of pumps (API 610 preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer:
