In this position, you will be crucial in assisting our agents by handling administrative duties, coordinating property listings, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and team members. Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Launch * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications You possess an innate drive as a sales professional, fueled by a competitive edge. Your ability to establish rapport, attentively listen to others' needs, and offer solutions is exceptional. Prospecting and generating leads are areas where you excel, effortlessly overcoming objections.
