Position Title: Outside Sales Representative Full Time: 40 hours per week Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 per year Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM M-F with 2 hours of flexible time each week--perfect for those personal errands or appointments! Why You'll Love This Role: As a Sales Rep, you'll lead exciting projects from start to finish, acting as the go-to person for our clients. You'll help families design and estimate their remodels, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. What You 'll Do: * Drive Sales : Consult with leads, help understand their needs and goals on their projects, and put them at ease about the process. * Home Evaluations: Provide in-home accessibility evaluations for prospective customers and tailored solutions for aginig in place accomodations. * Communication Wizard: Take detailed notes about clientl needs and ensure a seamless handover to the production team. * Walkthroughs: Conduct pre-job walkthroughs with the Project Manager and periodic check-ins with your clients to ensure clear communication and address issues head-on. * Efficiency Guru: Manage profit margins and maintain project efficiency, all while using our CRM system for quality control and data management. Who We 're Looking For: * Self-Starter: You're driven, goal-oriented, and love going above and beyond. * People Person: You know how to connect with just about anyone and build strong relationships that last. * Closer: You've got a knack for turning conversations into contracts and never shy away from a challenge. * Team Player: You bring great energy to the team, help out where needed, and are always looking to grow. * Experience: A background in construction, particularly in residential bathroom remodeling. Experience in home services and healthcare sales background is a plus! * Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
