Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and fulfilling custom orders for an engraving shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Duties * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. * assist customers with in-store purchases and handle custom orders -- from the initial conversation to ensuring the finished product is right. * Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and services to potential clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and completing orders * Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements * Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing market. * Basic computer proficiency for managing customer interactions and maintaining records.
