Right at Home, a leading non-medical companion care provider, is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Coordinator/Inside Sales to strengthen our community presence, engage prospective clients, and nurture leads. This role combines social media strategy, content creation, and client relationship management to drive brand visibility and growth. Hours are Sunday through Thursday 8a-5p, competitive pay starting between$27-$28/hour! Key Responsibilities of Social Media Coordinator/Inside Sales: Identify newsworthy opportunities and collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content for Facebook , LinkedIn , and Instagram. Support content creation using Canva , Photoshop , Illustrator , Corel Draw , or InDesign (proficiency in 3 or 4 required). Assist with video editing using Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Support in-services to promote community engagement and brand awareness. Answer all incoming calls to capitalize on sales opportunities and provide a personalized client experience. Input all inquiries into the CRM system and manage leads through to conversion. Conduct consultations to onboard new clients effectively. Collect Yelp reviews from current clients to enhance online reputation. Work Schedule of Social Media Coordinator/Inside Sales: On-site : Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. On-call : Wednesdays. Qualifications of Social Media Coordinator/Inside Sales: Proficiency in 3 or 4 of the following: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign. Experience with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing. Strong communication skills to engage clients and respond to inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.
