Position Overview: As our next rockstar Business Development/Inside Sales team member, you will be at the forefront of CGS's growth strategy. You'll play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. If you're passionate about sales, relationship- building, and the security services industry, we want to meet you. This position is not remote and does require in-office work in Kent, WA. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and support company growth objectives. * Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors, presenting CGS's services as trusted solutions for their security needs. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and other outreach strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations aligned with clients' requirements. * Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine CGS's business development strategies continually. * Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Represent CGS with professionalism and integrity, consistently upholding our brand values. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the security services or related industries. * High-level customer service and excellent telephone etiquette * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of Google Ads and how to maximize * Military and prior law enforcement applicants are welcome.
