We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Baltimore. Responsibilities: * Participate in a structured training program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and revenue generation strategies. * Assist in qualifying and contributing to the acquisition of new customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and marketing campaigns. * Become a product expert, effectively communicating product features and benefits to clients. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. * Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
