Sales Executives (four positions available) Description: We have a highly sophisticated marketing engine that generates leads for qualified contractors across the nation. We are expanding our sales team in Portland to approach the contractor market strategically. If you are what we are looking for, you will be supported by tremendous sales tools and infrastructure, you will be working with a company that passionately cares about growing our business as effectively and efficiently as possible, and you will have fun in the process. Our Sales people have positive mindsets and strive to hit weekly goals in an effort to ultimately impact the company bottom line. They also enjoy spending much of the time talking on the telephone with customers and contractors/shops across the country. Sales Reps are service minded and friendly but are also efficient with their time in order to reach personal and company-wide goals. Ideal canidates for Sales Executives would be people who: * Are Passionate about helping our prospects become customers * Will drive him/herself to exceed all realistic expectations! * Prefer working Smart as opposed to just being hard working! * Love to sell over the phone * Can handle rejection * Approach their objectives intelligently Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls, send emails & faxes, do telephone presentations to prospective vendors in the geographic locations specified as "high needs areas" based on volume of orders received * Take inbound calls from prospective contractors (QualitySmith customers and prospects) who have learned about us through partnerships, marketing campaigns or through other advertising channels * Present relevant information to contractors, adhering to a selling program and processes in place * Add to the list of prospective contractors through research and referrals * Enter data into the CRM software for each point of contact (phone call, email, mail, etc.). Keep info up to date for tracking and reporting purposes * Ask questions and complete paperwork necessary for activation * Attend sales training and self-educate to improve skills and performance * Actively participate in making improvements to the sales process for the team * Positively impact Revenue-Per-Order by targeting key prospects and selling to them Preferred: * Inside sales experience * Demonstrable integrity * Consultative or Strategic Sales training * Bachelor's degree Requirements: * Effective and active listening * Navigating the internet to research prospects * Technological adeptness (Office software, CRM, et al) * Technological adeptness (Office software, CRM, et al) * Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills * Able to effectively and professionally represent Employer and its products
