Position Summary: The Account Executive at Redding Company is responsible for managing client relationships and driving inside sales. This role blends account management and sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while helping grow the business through proactive outreach, upselling, and continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: * Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing responsive and helpful communication throughout the order process * Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers * Handle quotes, order entry, and project tracking from initial inquiry through delivery * Review and approve artwork for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment prior to production * Collaborate with the production team and graphic artist to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment * Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or re-engage past clients * Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, and follow-up tasks in Printavo * Contribute to the development and implementation of growth-oriented special projects, such as: * Customer appreciation gift programs * Product bundles tailored to specific industries or seasons * Promotional specials and marketing initiatives * Assist in improving internal systems and processes related to the order lifecycle--quoting, approvals, timelines, and communication flow * Assist in improving the look, functionality, and user experience of online stores.
