We are looking for a team leader who can direct the sales team of a retail jewelry store. This includes providing superior customer care and helping to drive sales at the head of a motivated sales team. Responsible for overall security, merchandise display and maintaining effective store operations. The manager must set a personal example in all areas by contributing to the sales, building of client relationships, operations and profitability of the store. + Two day weekend! Always closed on Sundays. Also closed Mondays except during the Christmas season. + Performance-enhanced pay + Monthly team goal bonuses + Healthcare benefits + Company retirement plan with matching + PTO Primary Responsibilities: * Drive sales growth through coaching and developing the sales team. * Monitor and manage the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer experiences. * Build and grow a sales team through mentorship, goal setting and motivation. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor with a high standard of merchandising for the best presentation * Review reports on sales trends, customer needs and profitability and present them to owners. * Ability to perform on the sales floor when all associates are occupied and sell strong. * Participate in the repairs and appraisal take-in process and repair sales as needed. * Handle general store administrative duties to ensure the team is following through on expectations and proper procedures are being followed.
