Role Description We're seeking a creative and customer-driven Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll guide homeowners and builders through the full project journey--from initial concept to final installation--while delivering a five-star client experience. Key responsibilities include space planning, product selection, and project coordination, with a focus on cabinetry, countertops, and layout design. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you'll also drive sales through strong communication, lead follow-up, and by building relationships within the local community. If you're passionate about design and ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you. *Role Duties & Responsibilities * Generate new business by pursuing sales leads, networking, leveraging referrals, and reconnecting with past clients. * Project management (design, drafting, ordering, and communication) from initial consultation through final installation. * Design functional and stylish remodeling solutions tailored to the needs of the client. * Conduct customer consultations to gather measurements and convey material benefits. * Present accurate design proposals, manage revisions, and oversee sales process. * Maintain records in CRM systems, including client communications and project folders. Role Qualifications * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry sales. * Proficiency in 2020 Design Software (20/20) and Microsoft Office. * Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive sales. * Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment with high attention to detail. * Self-motivator, great attitude and team player committed to making each progress a success.
