QuickNick Moving is Hiring Commission-Only Sales Representatives! Position: Sales Representative (Inside + Outside Sales) Type: 1099 Contractor (Commission-Based Pay Only) Location: Nashville, TN/Franklin, TN Compensation: 100% Commission + Bonuses QuickNick Moving is expanding and we 're looking for motivated, sharp, and hardworking Sales Representatives to join our team! This role covers both inside sales (responding to inbound leads, sending quotes, closing deals) and outside sales (building relationships with realtors, apartment managers, and other referral partners). If you're driven, professional, and ready to earn based entirely on your results, this is the opportunity for you. What You 'll Be Doing: * Handling inbound moving leads and closing deals via phone, email, and text * Following up with past inquiries and leads to maximize conversions * Prospecting new referral partners in the community (realtors, apartment communities, etc.) * Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses to generate new opportunities * Representing QuickNick Moving with professionalism, enthusiasm, and urgency * Meeting or exceeding sales goals (and getting paid well when you do!)
