Job Title: Associate Account Manager Manager: Operations Manager Compensation: Base Salary, Car Allowance, Uncapped Commissions, Company Cell Phone, Computer, and Credit Card, Reimbursed Tolls Benefits: Full Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, Flex Day & PTO + PTO on your birthday Compensation: 1st year expected comp = $60,000 - $70,000 Overview: Our Associate Account Managers assist with the recruitment, placement, and management of personnel for our clients. While partnering and building upon each client relationship, we strategically create more efficient teams for our projects. Responsibilities: * Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams * Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients' location sites * Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates * Managing the onboarding process of new employees * Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates * Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees * Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our Clients' * Build upon and maintain client relationships * Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings * Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions * Communicate expectations between all stakeholders Qualifications: * Bilingual in Spanish * Must be outgoing, personable and a team player * Strong communication and time management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Radley is an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * On call Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Stafford, TX 77477 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Stafford, TX 77477: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
