We're Hiring! Outside Parts Sales Professional - Davenport, FL Company: Sun State International Trucks Sun State International Trucks is a growing, locally owned dealership specializing in International brand trucks with five locations across Florida. Recognized as ATD Dealer of the Year in 2019 and 2020 , we sell new and used trucks and trailers and provide parts and service for mid to heavy-duty trucks of all makes and models. We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Parts Sales Professional to manage existing accounts and develop new customer relationships. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a proactive sales approach, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold-calling and customer visits.
• Develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
• Use Sun State 's customer sales analysis tools to determine sales objectives.
• Accurately document interactions in CRM software.
• Facilitate parts sales transactions within company guidelines.
• Organize and prioritize daily customer visits efficiently.
• Utilize a company-provided vehicle, tablet, and phone within policy standards.

Qualifications

& Skills: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3-5 years of parts sales experience. Licenses: Valid driver's license. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Sales Mindset: Self-starter with a hunter mentality focused on new business and customer retention. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal direction. Communication: Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Territory: Tampa Bay & Central Florida (80% of workday spent on the road). Physical
