The Role: As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you'll be the first point of contact for motivated home buyers and sellers. Your job is to build rapport, qualify leads, and set appointments with our partner agents and loan officers. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to inbound leads (no cold calling) * Follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging * Build relationships and identify client needs * Pre-qualify prospects using our proven process * Set appointments for real estate agents and/or loan officers * Use CRM to track and manage leads Who You Are: * Charismatic, friendly, and a great communicator * Quick on your feet with objection handling * Confident and persuasive without being pushy * Coachable and open to feedback * Organized and tech-savvy (CRM, dialers, etc.) * Ideally have real estate or mortgage experience (but not required) DISC Personality Type (Preferred): We are looking for candidates with high Influence (I) and/or Steadiness (S) DISC traits.
