The Account Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting with data entry and document management . The position prepares you to move up within the company. * Location:* 5714 Superior Drive Baton Rouge, La 70816 * Hours* : 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday * Pay:* $14.00 - $16.00 per hour * Requirements: * High school education or equivalent * Skills: * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to problem solve * Attention to detail * Motivated to work as part of a team * General computer program knowledge & the ability to type on a keyboard * Job Description: * Assist the production team with data entry & document management * Interaction with clients via phone and/or in office * Issue policy documents as requests are received * Learn the roles of the other assistant positions * Participate in projects on an as needed basis * Duties and responsibilities may change pending ability * Benefits: * Health/Dental/Vision Insurance * Simple IRA match * Paid time off * Paid Holidays
