The Account Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting with data entry and document management . The position prepares you to move up within the company.

• Hours
• : 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday
• Pay:
• $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements

:

• High school education or equivalent
• Skills:
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem solve
• Attention to detail
• Motivated to work as part of a team
• General computer program knowledge & the ability to type on a keyboard

Job Description

:

• Assist the production team with data entry & document management
• Interaction with clients via phone and/or in office
• Issue policy documents as requests are received
• Learn the roles of the other assistant positions
• Participate in projects on an as needed basis
