Overview

: Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Southern Air of Baton Rouge is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

• :
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
• Who you are
• :
• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• EPA Type II (Preferred)
• Job Type:
• Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
