Overview We are seeking a motivated Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and developing leads to secure roofing projects directly to potential customers at their doorsteps. Duties - Conduct door-to-door sales canvasing to generate potential customers - Provide information, set appointments, and complete on site inspections - Assist customers in the Insurance claims process as needed. - Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets - Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer information - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Experience - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills in English - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Warm calling experience is desirable - Background in roofing/construction sales, inside sales, or business development is advantageous Join our team and enjoy the excitement of meeting new people while driving sales growth through direct interactions with potential customers.
