Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our commercial cleaning client base. You will proactively contact potential clients, introduce Local Cleaners LLC's services, build strong relationships, and schedule appointments for leadership to close. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to prospective commercial clients daily. * Present and promote Local Cleaners LLC's services with professionalism and confidence. * Identify client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions. * Set qualified appointments for leadership to close service agreements. * Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and follow-ups in our CRM system. * Meet or exceed weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals. * Represent Local Cleaners LLC's brand values of professionalism, urgency, and service excellence. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience preferred. * Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. * CRM experience preferred but not required (training provided). * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
