Account Development Associate Full-Time | On-Site | Competitive Pay + Bonus Potential Industry: Consumer Products A fast-paced, growth-oriented consumer products company is seeking an Account Development Associate to support our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, analyzing sales data, and contributing to strategic account growth. You'll help drive customer satisfaction and support new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to support conversions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analyze sales and account data to identify trends and opportunities
• Create reports and share insights with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and client communications
• Work with internal departments including operations and marketing
• Participate in occasional travel for customer meetings, trade shows, or company events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with Excel, CRM, or business intelligence tool experience
• Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
