Job Description: Ram Jack Foundation Repair is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate residential homes for foundation repair needs, provide professional recommendations, and drive sales through exceptional customer service and expertise. We offer paid training to ensure you are fully equipped for success, and we provide all the tools and resources needed for the job, including a company-provided truck, phone, iPad, tools, and a credit card for expenses. Job Requirements: * Sales experience required (preferably in home services or construction). * Ability to dig footers and crawl through crawlspaces for property inspections. * Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with homeowners. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * A passion for solving customer problems and providing solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of residential properties to identify foundation issues. * Provide detailed repair recommendations and solutions tailored to the homeowner's needs. * Present and explain the benefits of our foundation repair services in a clear, persuasive manner. * Perform physical tasks, such as digging footers and inspecting crawlspaces, to assess foundation conditions. * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. * Manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up to close sales. * Maintain accurate records of inspections, appointments, and customer interactions.
