ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Accountable for all aspects of operations of a rent to own store. * Meet collection goals. * Meet sales goals. * Operational skills. * Maintain files and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Communicate company policy and procedures to store employees. * Ensure compliance to credit policies and procedures. * Conduct collection calls and customer visits. * Sales marketing to apartments and companies in the area. * Review and interpret operational reports. * Be knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, and standards * Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety JOB REQUIREMENTS * 1+ years of Retail or Rent To Own experience * Proven ability of monitoring inventory levels, achieving revenue goals and collection goals * Proficient with computers * Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with moving parts * Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable * Heavy Lifting required. * Valid Drivers License with a good driving record.
