Overview
: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our business by developing relationships with schools, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who excels at building rapport, identifying customer needs, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
:
- Identify and engage potential school and district clients to introduce COLOURS Uniforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our uniforms.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Represent COLOURS Uniforms at conferences, school fairs, and networking events.
Qualifications
:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in apparel, school uniforms, or B2B sales.
- Preferably has a network of school administrators and a proven track record of successfully selling into schools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation

Benefits
:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience and sales track record).
- Commission: 5% - 10% commission on sales from contracts brought in.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+ with commission for top performers.
- Performance Bonuses: Quarterly and annual incentives based on sales performance.
- Equity: Eligible for performance-based equity after 12 months Additional
