Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound lead calls daily using PLACE scripts and systems * Qualify leads and set appointments for our agents * Track all activities, conversations, and conversions in PLACE Technology * Attend daily script training and sales coaching * Maintain productivity standards and conversion goals * Collaborate with agents and leadership to ensure a great client experience Qualifications * Strong communication & phone skills * Prior sales or call center experience a plus * Highly organized and tech-savvy * Ability to internalize scripts and handle objections * A real estate license is a plus--but not required to start * Must be local to or able to commute to our Columbia, MD office About-our-team About The Waldner Winters Team The Waldner Winters Team of Keller Williams is in the business of developing people , cleverly disguised as a real estate team.
