Selling specialist must have a passion for ladies/mens fashion and trends. He/She is required to grow the brands in which they are responsible for by establishing a loyal clientele and increasing sales and profit margin. He/She must maintain a certain level of standards in the dpt while executing all merchandising directives and managing markdowns.
