Requirements: * 2 years minimum sales experience in the Life insurance industry. * Strong oral and written communications are a must. * Business development and marketing experience is a plus. * Proficient in the use of Insurance rating software and website navigation. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. * Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their insurance policies. * Must possess a valid State Insurance License and State issued drivers license. Catholic Life is licensed in the following states: AL, AR,LA, MS, TX,NM, AZ,FL,NE, IA,GA ,OK, MO, KS and CO Available to agent/customers of all faiths. Benefits: Generous commissions, overrides, and renewals (non captive commission based only) Fast start bonus up to $2,500.00 in the first 120 days of the contract.
