We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client services and support to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. The Customer Service Representative will engage with clients through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Duties * Business Development of Commercial and Fleet Accounts * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. * Provide quotes regarding replacement and repair services to clients. * Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system. * Analyze customer issues to identify trends and recommend improvements. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. * Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols. Experience * Previous inside sales experience. * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an Automotive Shop environment. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Proficiency in using Glassbiller software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively. * Ability to type efficiently while engaging in conversations with clients. * Familiarity with client services best practices is highly desirable.
