Job Summary HYBRID SCHEDULE!!! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective upselling and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Since we are a growing company, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow with the company. Duties * Manage and develop relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within your territory. * Conduct regular visits to prospective clients to understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions. Also, visit existing clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales potential during client interactions. * Collaborate with the management to develop effective strategies for territory management and sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating product benefits to clients. * Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong background in janitorial sales, facility management, or a related industry is highly desirable. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Demonstrated ability to manage a territory effectively while achieving sales goals. * Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to drive informed decision-making. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. * A self-starter who is motivated by results and has a passion for sales success. * Familiarity with the Baltimore, MD area is a plus. Requirements * Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
