Responsibilities * * Offer a diverse range of products, including Personal Lines, Commercial Business, and Financial Services. * Access extensive training, mentoring, and sales support from our dedicated District Office and University of Farmers. * Build and maintain a book of clients and referral partners Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to quickly learn and understand various insurance products and coverages. * Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Possession of a valid insurance license in the relevant state, or willingness to obtain one. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-oriented attitude.
