The Role: Brand Sales Representative (On/Off-Premise) Are you a natural connector with a passion for premium spirits? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment? We're seeking a Brand Sales Representative to lead outreach and account development in the Lexington area and surrounding markets. This is a front-line sales and ambassador role responsible for expanding brand awareness, securing new placements in liquor stores, bars, and restaurants, and building long-term customer relationships through tastings, events, and product support. Key Responsibilities * Proactively build relationships with on- and off-premise accounts * Pitch and place Fresh Bourbon products in liquor stores, restaurants, bars, and other retail locations * Organize and execute in-store tastings, cocktail features, events , and staff trainings to drive awareness and sell-through * Maintain strong, consistent communication with accounts and internal team * Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and activations * Track placements, sales performance, and provide account feedback * Ensure accurate and engaging representation of the Fresh Bourbon brand in all spaces * Stay educated on product offerings, brand story, and competitive landscape (training provided) What We 're Looking For * Prior sales experience --be it in spirits, beverage, hospitality, or CPG * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Experience working with bars, restaurants, and/or liquor stores is a big plus * Excellent communication--verbal, written, and presentation skills * Passion for premium spirits and bourbon culture * Availability Tuesday through Saturday (some evenings required for events) * Reliable transportation and a valid driver 's license * Must be 21+ years old and able to lift up to 30 pounds * Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods * Friendly, adaptable, organized, and self-motivated Why You 'll Love This Role * Help shape the future of a trailblazing craft bourbon brand * Work independently with flexibility while still being part of a tight-knit, supportive team * Competitive compensation structure with growth opportunities * Get hands-on with tastings, events, and the business of bourbon * Represent a brand that is bold, inclusive, and unapologetically Fresh Ready to bring Fresh Bourbon to the world, one pour at a time?
