Position Description: JoeHomebuyer Triad Group is seeking a dynamic Acquisition Specialist to join our fast growing real estate team (we buy and sell houses). Must be in the top 10% of sales for your company. This role is ideal for someone who consistently ranks among the top performers in sales. You'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, coordinating, and securing home purchase deals. We want someone who is not only financially motivated but also personally driven to grow and succeed. While a real estate license isn't required, prior experience in sales is necessary. What will allow you the chance to get this job will be your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed. Responsibilities: * Manage leads in our company's database. * Conduct phone and in-person appointments with homeowners. * Build trust and rapport with sellers, present and negotiate offers, overcome objections and lock-in houses under contract. * Must be able to follow a closing sequence. * Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects. * Must be able to work towards hitting and beating your sales targets and KPIs. * Must be motivated to bring in outside business. About You: * Strong background in sales and negotiation. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. * High attention to detail. * Self-starter with strong organizational skills. * Ability to work well in a team environment. * Problem-solver with a service-first approach. * Able to manage time effectively and operate with urgency. * Open to feedback and eager to improve. * Must have a reliable computer, cell phone, and transportation. * Understand that we serve home sellers on their timeframe, which means the occasional weekend or evening appointment.
