Do you excel in both inside and outside sales, combining phone- based prospecting with in-person client meetings? Our core offering allows merchants to save money by reducing or eliminating credit card processing fees, delivering significant value to their business. * Responsibilities: * Meeting business owners to educate them on FinTech Processing's Payment Solutions. * Conducting outbound prospecting via phone calls, email campaigns, and sales outreach. * Scheduling and attending in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers. * Selling and demonstrating our credit card payment processing and POS solutions via Microsoft Teams and in-person visits. * Managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, following up to close deals. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. * Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in a competitive environment. * Researching prospects, generating leads, and setting up email and marketing campaigns. * Staying knowledgeable about industry trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly. * Participating in sales team meetings and contributing to team success. * Working directly with a dedicated Sales Director to learn sales, our tech, and how to develop your territory. * Utilizing our entire Support Team to assist you in providing business owners with the best experience. * Finding the right technology and payment solution for each business. Our offerings include Elevate POS (Point of Sale System), mobile solutions, contactless payment options, virtual terminals, e-commerce solutions, and more. Required Qualifications: * Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales. * Self-Motivation and Drive: Ability to work independently without supervision. * Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. * Ability to Meet Sales Targets: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas. * Time Management Skills: Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple clients or leads effectively. * Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel locally or regionally to meet clients. * High Level of Professionalism: Ethical and customer-focused approach to sales. * Availability: Willingness to commit to a flexible schedule based on client needs. * Access to Technology: Smartphone, laptop, and internet access for remote selling. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in Commission-Only Roles: Previous success in roles with 100% commission pay structures. * Industry Knowledge: Background in payments, real estate, SaaS, etc. * Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, IRIS, GHL, HubSpot) and basic office software. * Existing Network: Established connections or leads that could accelerate ramp-up time. * Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to build and grow a client base with minimal guidance. * Sales Training: Formal sales education or certification (e.g., Sandler Training, Challenger Sales). * Adaptability: Experience with dynamic sales environments and adjusting strategies as needed. * Track Record: Examples of exceeding quota in high-pressure roles. * Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions. * Bonus Qualification: Multilingual Ability: Fluency in multiple languages for diverse markets. * Bonus: Experience selling merchant services, payment processing, financial services, or payroll Compensation: This position is commission-based only, allowing you to achieve uncapped earning potential based on your efforts and results.
