Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills to effectively promote our products. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and providing an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities - Engage with customers to promote products and increase brand awareness. - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Utilize retail math to assist customers with product selections and recommendations. - Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience. - Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. - Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create an inviting atmosphere. - Exhibit strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. - Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends. Requirements - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. - Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures. - Basic understanding of retail math for assisting customers with purchases. - Experience in upselling products and driving sales in a retail environment. - Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus but not mandatory. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
