: RA1: JOB SUMMARY: As a Community Sales Director, you will be a trusted resource for seniors and their families exploring independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. You will provide tours, follow up on inquiries, assist with the move- in process, and help organize community events. Additionally, you will build relationships with local partners and businesses to support sales and outreach efforts. You will play a key role in achieving occupancy and sales goals for the community. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and execute strategies to generate business and achieve occupancy and sales goals. * Create and foster a positive, success-driven culture within the community. * Define and implement effective sales and community outreach plans. * Track and maintain data related to customer and prospect interactions. * Monitor market and competitor activity, providing valuable feedback for improvements. * Collaborate with the regional CRD to align marketing efforts with company initiatives. * Organize and participate in community events to promote the services offered. * Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, businesses, and community members. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous sales and management experience in the senior living industry or related relationship-based sales industry is required. * Basic knowledge of the medical profession/industry is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. * Bachelors Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Creative, independent strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies. * Genuine, relationship-focused approach with the ability to build strong connections with community partners, residents, and families. * Experience in strategic planning and execution. * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate the communitys value to decision-makers. * Passion for working with seniors and willingness to continuously learn.:
