: RA1: JOB SUMMARY: As a Community Sales Director, you will be a trusted resource for seniors and their families exploring independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. You will provide tours, follow up on inquiries, assist with the move- in process, and help organize community events. Additionally, you will build relationships with local partners and businesses to support sales and outreach efforts. You will play a key role in achieving occupancy and sales goals for the community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate business and achieve occupancy and sales goals.
• Create and foster a positive, success-driven culture within the community.
• Define and implement effective sales and community outreach plans.
• Track and maintain data related to customer and prospect interactions.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, providing valuable feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with the regional CRD to align marketing efforts with company initiatives.
• Organize and participate in community events to promote the services offered.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, businesses, and community members. REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous sales and management experience in the senior living industry or related relationship-based sales industry is required.
• Basic knowledge of the medical profession/industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bachelors Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Creative, independent strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Genuine, relationship-focused approach with the ability to build strong connections with community partners, residents, and families.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate the communitys value to decision-makers.
