Responsibilities: CustomerService Expert: * Achievesindividual sales goals and contributes to the store's overall sales goals. * Showsthe desire and ability to connect with our customers and deliver the best SanLorenzo Bikinis shopping experience. * Developsstrong product knowledge across all categories and is able to communicate thatinformation to our customers. BuildingBrand Equity: * Understandsand is able to communicate the San Lorenzo Bikinis aesthetic, brand philosophy,and lifestyle to our customers. * Showsthe desire and ability to work as a part of a team. OperationalExcellence: * Understandsand accurately processes all POS transactions. * Completesall of the daily tasks, per company directive, in a timely and accurate manner. * Ensuresthat the store's standards are being maintained on a regular basis. Qualifications: PhysicalRequirements: * Availableto work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Ableto stand for extended periods of time. * Ableto safely lift packages up to 30 pounds in weight. * Comfortableclimbing ladders.
