Job Summary We are seeking newly licensed and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our office. The ideal candidate is motivated to network and ready to learn. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Agents work directly with clients and vendors coordinating details throughout the real estate transaction. We have mentoring for every type of real estate transaction with experience in commercial, residential, new construction, rentals, and land. Qualifications: * Licensed Real Estate Agents or individuals currently enrolled in pre-licensing classes (we'll help you get licensed!) * Self-starters who want to grow their business and income * Team players who enjoy a positive environment with accountability and support * Strong communicators who value relationships and professionalism Responsibilities: * Agents will be expected to maintain their license, continuing education, errors and omissions insurance and to stay informed on state and federal regulations including Fair Housing regulations. * Address client inquiries and needs promptly * Use marketing strategies to promote listings including hosting Open House events * Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions * Develop skills to negotiate effectively Ready to See What 's Possible?
