Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer engagement. * Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage inventory effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products and services. * Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash register operations. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. * Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels and store appearance. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
