Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer engagement.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean shopping environment.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products and services.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash register operations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels and store appearance.
