Salary: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Retirement Plan * Responsibilities* * Provide quality quotes with recommended coverage to new and current customers. * Cross-sell additional products with customers to save them money & promote retention. * Maintain email throughout the day; responding promptly to incoming emails. * Maintain records of quoting activity and referrals received for back office tracking. * Answer phones and assist customers or redirect to correct team member when necessary. * Call warm leads daily per our internet quote follow up process. * Notate systems with vital customer interaction information as needed. * Bilingual Agents: Provide sales or service assistance to Spanish speaking customers and clients as needed. Requirements * NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options. * Enthusiastic personality with a hunger to help customers and sell policies. * Ability to urgently assist clients when the need arises. * Positive disposition with the ability to work in a team environment. * Competitive spirit and lead the pack mentality. * Self-starter, able to work independently once trained. * Grit & determination, able to push through hours of high volume. * Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required.
