Crown Pacific Fine Foods is a family owned specialty food distribution company seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Support and Vendor Coordinator. Administrative Support: * Setting up sales and vendor meetings and appointments. * Managing, organizing, and creating sales materials and presentations. Customer and Vendor Relationship Management: * Maintaining and updating customer and vendor databases and records. * Responding to customer and vendor inquiries and providing information. * Assisting with customer and vendor issues. Other Responsibilities: * Assisting with the coordination of sales events and promotions. * Working with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong customer service skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Type 40+ WPM and 10 key by touch, required * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Application Question(s): * What are your annual salary requirements?
