You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. • Customer service: Greet customers, make them feel comfortable, and answer questions.
• Product knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Sales: Introduce promotions and new products, and contribute to the team's sales goals.
• Cash register: Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Inventory: Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Merchandise: Organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Returns: Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, and check for accuracy at the cash register.
• Sales trends: Stay up to date with sales trends to improve service and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

:

• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year in retail or equivalent experience.
